Made-to-Order & Customized Items
All custom-made, made-to-measure, and personalized orders are considered final sale.
These items cannot be:
- Returned
- Exchanged
- Refunded
Ready-to-Wear Items
Ready-to-Wear products may be eligible for exchange within 7 days of delivery, provided that:
- The item is unused, unworn, and unaltered.
- Original tags, labels, and packaging remain intact.
- The item is free from stains, perfumes, odors, makeup, or any damage.
- A valid proof of purchase is provided.
Returns
Returns or refunds are accepted only if:
- You receive an incorrect item.
- The item arrives damaged or defective.
Any issue must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the order.
To process your request, please provide:
- Your order number
- Clear photographs of the product
- Images of the packaging (if applicable)
Exchanges
Approved exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with exchanges unless the exchange is required due to our error or a defective product.
Color & Design Variations
We strive to display product colors and details as accurately as possible.
However, slight variations may occur due to:
- Screen resolution and display settings
- Professional photography and lighting
- Fabric texture
- Handcrafted embellishments and embroidery
Such minor variations are natural and do not qualify as product defects.
Order Cancellation
Orders may only be canceled within 24 hours of placement.
Once production, tailoring, customization, or dispatch has begun, cancellations cannot be accepted.
Non-Refundable Charges
Shipping charges and payment processing fees (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the error occurred on our part.
